If your printer won't print, try this first:

PC Solution

  1. Open "Windows Explorer" or "My Computer", and go to the "All" drive (the I: drive).
  2. Open the "IT" folder, then the "Apps" folder. At the bottom is a file called "ClearMyPrinter.bat".
  3. Right-click on the file name and select "Run As Administrator".  It will remind you that the file has to be run using "Run As Administrator".
  4. Press any key to continue, and it will restart your printers and clear out any jobs in the print queue.
  5. Do this a second time, then see if your printer is working again.
