If your printer won't print, try this first:
PC Solution
-
Open "Windows Explorer" or "My Computer", and go to the "All" drive (the I: drive).
-
Open the "IT" folder, then the "Apps" folder. At the bottom is a file called "ClearMyPrinter.bat".
- Right-click on the file name and select "Run As Administrator". It will remind you that the file has to be run using "Run As Administrator".
-
Press any key to continue, and it will restart your printers and clear out any jobs in the print queue.
-
Do this a second time, then see if your printer is working again.
